This document explains our approach to handling copyright infringement notifications and counter-claims.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Believe your copyrighted material has been unlawfully copied and is available on our site? Contact our DMCA representative. Your submission must contain:

Your Signature (Physical/Digital): Signed confirmation from copyright holder or authorized agent
Work Description: Clear identification of the copyrighted material in question
Infringement Location: Specific details about where the allegedly infringing content appears on our platform
Your Contact Details: Full name, mailing address, phone, and email
Belief Statement: Declaration that you genuinely believe the usage is unauthorized by the rights holder
Sworn Accuracy: Under-oath confirmation that your notice is truthful and you're authorized to act for the copyright holder

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of Content: Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
Contact Information: Your name, address, and phone number
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or any judicial district if outside the US)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. The content may be restored in 10-14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us of legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Account Termination: We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights
Access Restriction: We may restrict access to our services for repeat infringers
Warning System: Users may receive warnings before account termination, but this is not guaranteed
